Before launching her consultancy, Ana spent nearly 32 years at Intel Corporation, managing over $1.2 billion in supply chain spending and leading a global team of 100+ engineers and commercial experts. Her expertise spans strategic sourcing, supplier development, risk mitigation, and cost optimization—critical for semiconductor companies navigating today’s complex global landscape.
Ana is a recognized thought leader in supply chain resilience, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. She frequently speaks at industry conferences and executive forums, sharing insights on strategies to enhance supply continuity and competitiveness. She holds an MBA from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico.
