Ana Maria Pedraza is a 32-year Intel supply chain leader turned consultant who helps small and mid-sized companies improve cost, risk, and execution. At Intel she managed a $1.2B outsourcing portfolio and led a 100+ person global team, delivering double-digit savings, ~50% supplier base rationalization with stronger assurance, and faster, more predictable ramps. She led geo-diversification—dual-sourcing and nearshoring across regions—to blunt tariffs, the pandemic, and other shocks, hardening supply assurance without sacrificing cost.
A recognized voice on resilience, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making, Ana speaks at industry conferences and executive forums. She holds an MBA from Indiana University (Kelley) and a B.S. from the University of Puerto Rico. Based in Portland, Oregon, she coaches rising and senior leaders because supply-chain strategy starts with people. When a challenge calls for a larger bench, she collaborates with a trusted network of experts.
